Residency by Investment

The USA EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program provides foreign investors and their families with a pathway to obtain U.S. Permanent Residency (Green Card) through a qualifying investment in a U.S. commercial enterprise.

Eligibility and Requirements

To qualify for the USA EB-5 Investor Visa, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
